Presented annually at AHPICON, the awards shine a deserved spotlight on the unsung heroes of Tamil Nadu’s healthcare ecosystem — the institutions that go above and beyond, every single day, in their pursuit of better care for every patient they serve.
The awards span multiple categories, recognising excellence across hospital size, specialty, geography, and focus area — ensuring that institutions of every tier, from large multi specialty hospitals to single-specialty centres and nursing homes, have an equal opportunity to be recognised and celebrated
AHPI-TN Excellence Awards 2026 – Application Procedure
Applicants are requested to follow the steps below to successfully submit their application for the AHPI-TN Excellence Awards 2026:
- Select the Award Category – Choose the award category for which you wish to apply.
- Download the Application Form – Click on the “Download Now” option to download the application form.
- Complete the Application Form – Take a printout of the downloaded form, fill in all the required details, and obtain the signature of the Head of the Hospital along with the official hospital seal.
- Upload the Application and Supporting Documents: Scan the duly completed and signed application form. Upload the scanned application through the “Upload Now” menu along with all the required supporting evidence in PowerPoint (PPT) format.
- Make the Application Fee Payment – Pay the applicable application fee as website in place of awards brochure to the bank account details provided at the end of this page. After completing the payment, kindly upload the Payment screenshot along with the UTR number in the upload now option.

Your application will be considered for evaluation only after the payment has been successfully received and verified.

– Ensure that all the information provided is complete and accurate.
– Upload only clear and legible documents.
– Incomplete applications or applications submitted without the required supporting documents or payment confirmation may not be considered.
