Refund and Returns Policy

General Policy All payments made to AHPI-TN are considered final. Refunds are generally not provided unless specified under individual service or event terms.

Membership Fees Membership fees are non-refundable, regardless of the use of the association’s services or any change in member status.

Event Cancellation In the event that AHPI-TN cancels a scheduled event, participants may be entitled to a full refund. However, if a participant cancels their registration, the fees are not refundable unless otherwise stated in the specific event terms.

Exceptional Circumstances Requests for refunds under exceptional circumstances must be submitted in writing and will be considered on a case-by-case basis by the association’s board.
